In this position, you will work in the plastics molding department to craft fluid applicators and dispensing solutions to meet precise manufacturing challenges.
You will work hands-on with equipment, lead a team of molding operators, and develop and maintain internal and external solutions.

Qualifications Demonstration of integrity, honesty, respect, and attention to detail in your interactions and your work.
At least 4-7 years' experience with plastics and injection molding.
Leadership skills and experience overseeing employees in a team lead position.
Ability to work hands-on, plan and complete department goals, and lead a team of operators.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Responsibilities Establish and maintain the parameters for an optimal molding environment.
Analyze mold flow, part advisor analysis, finite element analysis, and stress/fatigue analysis on plastics.
Determine manufacturability of engineering department's mold prototypes.
Analyze quality control and correct flaws.
Analyze manufacturing data and suggest improvements.
Research and develop new manufacturing processes.
Work with other team members and vendors.
Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal resources.
Create new validation reports and verifications.
Physical Demands Regularly required to talk and hear.
Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Occasionally required to move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
Hours of Work This position is fully on-site.
This is a full-time position and general hours of work are from Monday through Friday, 7:

Occasional travel could be required but would be less than 5%.
Work Environment This job operates in a manufacturing production environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This role also sometimes utilizes microscopes, optical comparators, and cranes to complete certain tasks.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
However, on some instances this job may require work in areas where ear protection is suggested.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
