This position would be based out of our location in Holland, OH.
CNC Operator Job
Responsibilities:
Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
CNC Operator Job Duties:
Plans machining by studying work orders, engineering drawings, materials, specifications and machining parameters.
Programs machining centers by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers and offsets.
Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces.
Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Position Requirements Prior CNC experience in a Production environment a plus Must have programming experience (G & M code) Detail oriented Must have the skill to read prints, decipher tolerances, proven capability with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gages, vision systems, etc.
Must be able to set up machine to produce parts to a part print and layout.
This involves changing collets, cutting tools, and making adjustments on machine and tools.
Must be able to perform basic math, geometry, and trigonometry, utilize hand tools, and have basic mechanical abilities.
Must have positive attitude and ability to take complete ownership of area.
The 2nd shift is from 3:
30pm - 12:
00am.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
