6K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago What you will do Follow established guidelines to create, administer, and analyze and report on all cycle counts of the organization.
Conduct daily cycle counts, location audits, and recounts as required to verify on hand quantities and identify inventory inaccuracies, as well as other administrative assistance in the areas of receiving, inventory and materials.
How you will do it To perform regular counts to identify possible discrepancies in inventory quantities and reconcile discovered variances according to the approved policies and procedures Responsible for preparing and reporting progress of monthly inventory cycle counts and action plans to improve inventory accuracy.
Assist in the receiving of material and supplies for manufacturing operation Verify inventory adjustment transactions resulting from nonconforming material Recommend, support, and implement continuous process improvements Engage in continuous learning and professional development to maintain current knowledge within the field to meet required compliance and regulatory job requirements What we look for Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
2 years' experience with computerized MRP systems; QAD preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with precise detail and follow up Must demonstrate good verbal and written skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, suppliers, internal customers, and management Strong ability to manage time effectively along with strong organizational skills Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Who we are:
