) We are looking for a highly motivated, high-spirited individual that will excel in completing the wide range of day-to-day tasks that they will be faced with.
The person hired will also be responsible for assisting our engineers, estimators and controller in completing their daily responsibilities.
The position will allow for the employee to obtain a substantial amount of knowledge in the engineering and construction industries, as well as gain experiences in the human resources field, and will provide them with many opportunities to further their career and grow with our company.
The person hired will also work alongside our controller to assist with billing, bank/check runs and other financial duties throughout day to day operations.
The applicant should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, QuickBooks and good communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
