A successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping patient needs at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner Triaging incoming calls appropriately, addressing needs of callers in a timely manner and escalating calls where necessary Identify patient needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality Skills Strong customer service background Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity basic computing and internet navigation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time effectively, and stay organized High school degree Benefits PTO accrual begins after 90 days of employment Health, vision, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance available 401K with matching NO WEEKENDS, NO EVENINGS, NO HOLIDAYS Job Type:
