Ability to discuss accounts with customers Working with customers to handle any questions and inquiries that need to be handled Support current customers by updating accounts, activating and deactivating accounts, and solving any billing issues or conflicts Establish positive working relationships with clients and all corresponding businesses to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner This Role Is Perfect For Those Who:
