Salary:
$22-$25 per hour Job Description Sangha Pro is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent.
As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing project updates, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams, including architects, designers, and project managers, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of client projects, from initial consultation to project completion.
Proposal Preparation:
Assist in preparing project proposals, estimates, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements and company policies.
Scheduling and Logistics:
Manage project schedules and logistics, including coordinating meetings, site visits, and deliveries, to ensure efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project files, to facilitate communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Feedback and Satisfaction:
Solicit feedback from clients on their experience with Sangha Pro, gather testimonials, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the client services department, contributing to the overall success and growth of Sangha Pro.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or project coordination roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
