One of the largest independently owned sports team suppliers in the country is looking for an experienced customer service representative. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft excel. This person also must be very detail oriented and prepared to handle order entry and project management. While the bulk of this position is handling customer care issues, this person may also be asked to provide support on an administrative level to the senior management staff. We are in the beginning stages of recruiting for this position. The client would like to start interviewing in January and would like the position to start in February.
