Controls Engineer
System Integrator that provides controls & information solutions for automation in various industries is seeking a skilled and motivated engineer to join their team. This position will utilize a diverse skill set from high level system architecture design, panel design, PLC programming, HMI programming, scripting, system start-up and commissioning. Requirements
A.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science (B.S. is preferred)
Experience with designing Control System Architectures
Experience with programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Modicon)
Experience with programming HMI systems
Experience with Linux is a plus
Experience with scripting languages is beneficial
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, verbal, and written skills
Ability to deal with experienced, multidisciplinary, technical specialists
Ability to coordinate small to large projects independently
Ability to trouble shoot and debug control systems and programsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
