Managed Print Services (MPS) Advisor

Under the direction of the Director of Managed Print Services, the MPS Advisor is responsible for generating new business and managing established customer accounts. This position examines customer businesses in order to provide them with the solutions that best meet the needs of their company.

  • Make an appropriate amount of calls to potential new businesses in order to secure appointments with the decision-making individuals
  • Secure appointments with account decision makers
  • Collect information related to the clients' print technology and related expenses
  • Propose a solution to address their unique needs and provide overall cost savings
  • Close sales, gather all detailed information, and develop a sales plan
  • Perform business reviews with clients on a scheduled basis and make proposals to expand customer service and equipment upgrades
  • Maintain accurate records of existing and prospective client information
  • Resolve customer issues, as needed
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
