Quality Manager

Mobility is the goal Responsible for supply chain quality for RPO, across the factory and supply base. Improves and controls product and process quality.  Ensures compliance with quality requirements develops the future capabilities of the organization to deliver consistently high-quality product and processes. Implement and manage the RPO quality system to comply with requirements of ISO 9001 and Corporate Quality. Serve as the leader of the evolution of the Quality Culture within RPO. Implement business processes that ensure consistent quality standards are met by the organization and establish effective metrics for Division and corporate reporting. Establish and manage effective problem-solving processes to improve product and process quality, to include management of the field claim process for RPO products Responsible for implementing agreed industrialization programs collaborating with suppliers, sub suppliers and group functions. Develop robust business processes for Advance Quality Planning for new product introductions in collaboration with Supplier Development and Industrialization teams Develop and execute budget for the department. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include participation in the recruitment, hiring and training process; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management, rewards and recognition, corrective action and problem resolution to support a culture of high employee engagement.   Mobility needs you Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field, with an advanced degree preferred.  Eight years of related experience, with three years in a leadership role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Strong service industrial background - Electronic/electrical or automotive industry (OEMs or suppliers) preferred - related but not limited to quality & supply chain management and/or R&D. Demonstrated experience in Quality Management Systems, product creation and manufacturing processes and its implications to supplier development programs. Previous Elevator Industry experience a plus. Must possess the ability to interpret vendor drawings and how different components will fit and work together to meet customer requirements.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
